Where and when is registration?
Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre, North Tower, Lower Lobby Level. Registration in from 7.45 AM, April 14th.
Where are the conference sessions?
The conference sessions all take place in the Grand Ballroom (one floor below the registration area)
Where can I find the agenda?
We recommend you download Swapcard, the event app, and log in with the email address you registered with. Ask at registration if you have access issues. Otherwise, we have large agenda signs by registration and by the Grand Ballroom, and on the back of your event badge.
Can I ask questions?
We have scheduled Q&A sessions at the end of each panel and presentation (time permitting). You can ask questions by approaching one of the microphone stands, or you can ask a question via the app. Just click on the session in the Agenda section, then click on the “ASK QUESTIONS HERE” button. Session chairs will monitor the app for questions.

You can find a list of attendees on the Swapcard app.
Where are the meeting rooms?
There are 3 private bookable meeting rooms, Gulf Islands B, C and D, next to the registration desk at the Lower Level Lobby. We also have 3 bookable meeting tables in the Grand Ballroom Foyer
How do I book a meeting room?
To book a private room or table, use the app to connect with the person you want to meet, then suggest a meeting time and location. You can choose from one of the 3 private meeting rooms, one of the three meeting tables in the Ballroom Foyer, or select to meet at registration and find a place to chat. Connection requests expire after 3 days.
How do I set up a meeting?
Use Swapcard to connect with another attendee and select a meeting time and location.
If you connect with another attendee, they must accept the connection request for the meeting to be confirmed. Connection requests expire after 3 days.
How do I meet someone?
View the attendee list on Swapcard and select the person you want to connect with. They will receive a connection request. If they accept the request, you can start communicating/meeting.
Where are the lunches, coffee breaks and drinks receptions?
The lunches, coffee breaks, breakfast and drinks receptions will take place in the Grand Ballroom Foyer
Where can I get copies of the presentations?
To access PDFs of any presentations, use the app to search for the particular agenda item. Click on the presentation to reveal the full details. Scroll down a little, and you'll find the PDF. We will also send a link to a drive with all the presentations after the event. Please note that some presenters ask us not to share PDFs of their presentations. We post PDFs after each presentation.

To access AI-generated session reports immediately after each session, use the app to search for the particular agenda item. Click on the session to reveal the full details. Scroll down a little, and you'll find a link to the session report.
